We take great responsibility for the critical safety role we play in the lives of our Members.
As the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an increased impact on our communities, it further highlights the importance of the precautions we have taken to protect both our Members and Team Members (employees). Our actions are informed by the CDC (the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (the World Health Organization), along with guidance from local and U.S. government and public health agencies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we all do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.
With this in mind, and in addition to all of the internal precautions we have already taken:
A3 Smart Home Pros will be practicing good social distancing and limiting contact with Members during service calls and/or rescheduling visits where appropriate (e.g. where a member of a household / location is feeling unwell, has been in contact with a COVID-19 infected person, etc.)
For your protection, and the protection of your community, our warm greetings will not include a handshake at this time.
This situation is very much in flux, and conditions may change and change quite quickly. Nonetheless, service for our Members is our top priority. We’re here to serve you.
